TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSIT

To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required, which is non-refundable and non-transferable but comes of the final total. Appointment is not confirmed and won't be held until the funds are received, either by cash, direct debit or online payment through our secure booking and payment system.

Outstanding balance is to be paid in full at the time of appointment.

Failure to show up to an appointment without prior notice will result in no future bookings and a loss of booking deposit.

Eva Chojnowski Makeup is a freelance business and hours vary week to week depending on bookings. An additional fee may incur if booking is earlier than 7:00am or later than 6:00pm on any day.

Client to confirm the numbers carefully at the time of booking, as we don’t offer any reductions at any time for hair and makeup services and the total payment is still required. Should someone in a wedding/group booking cancel at any time they are welcome to be replaced with someone else, e.g. a guest or relative.

GENERAL

Clients give permission for all images taken before, during or after their makeup application to be used for advertisement purposes unless stated otherwise.

It is clients responsibility to disclose any allergies, medical conditions or health concerns prior to booking.

Flower girl/Junior makeup that have been offered on a complimentary basis is for girls aged 11 years or younger and only include face moisturizer, eye shimmer, powder blush and lip balm/gloss application only. Age appropriate makeup for girls aged 12 - 15 years includes light foundation and concealing, blush, mascara, light eye shadow, highlighter and lip gloss only. Any other required applications will be charged for at the current rate. on how you booked us.

MOBILE SERVICES

Mobile services are provided for groups of 3+ people only.

Travel fee may apply based on location.

Any parking/hotel parking is to be arranged and paid for by the client.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
-
Clients up to 10min late can still be serviced but will have time knocked off of their appointment.

Late arrival (10+ minutes) will result in immidiate appointment cancellation and no deposit will be refunded.

It is recommended for clients to arrive 5min prior to the booking time.
